An audit of the Dominion Voting System machines in Antrim County found that there was a 68 percent error rate when the tabulation logs were reviewed.

Of the 15,676 total lines or events in the county’s election logs, there were 10,667 critical errors — most of which related to configurations that resulted in tabulation errors.

The report notes that there were 1,222 ballots that were reversed and 1,491 total ballots cast, which resulted in an 81% rejection rate.

The report was signed by Russell James Ramsland Jr., a Texas businessman with Allied Security Operations Group who has worked with both NASA and MIT in the past.

“We conclude that the Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results,” Ramsland wrote. “The system intentionally generates an enormously high number of ballot errors.”

Ramsland wrote in the report that the intentional errors then lead to bulk adjudication of ballots that had no oversight or transparency with no audit trail.

“This leads to voter or election fraud,” he writes. “Based on our study, we conclude that The Dominion Voting System should not be used in Michigan. We further conclude that the results of Antrim County should not have been certified.”

The report shows that during the three different dates where the same votes were tabulated in Antrim County, there were different total votes cast for the presidential election, showing 7,769 for President-elect Joe Biden and 4,509 for President Donald Trump on Nov. 3; 7,289 for Biden and 9,783 for Trump on Nov. 5; and 5,960 for Biden and 9,748 for Trump on Nov. 21.

The state disagrees with the report, arguing the report makes many conclusions that are unsupported. Dominion also disputes the allegations.

Dominion said in a statement to the Detroit Free Press that it was the subject of a "continuing malicious and widespread disinformation campaign" to undermine the election.

Dominion’s machines have been questioned so far in Michigan, Georgia and Nevada after glitches were reported. Dominion’s software has been rejected in several states that believe it doesn’t meet basic security standards.

In Antrim County, the glitch was discovered when the county, which is heavily Republican, was called for Biden on Election Night. Antrim County Republican County Chairwoman Laura Cox called for an examination into the rest of the state when the glitch was unearthed.
