Matthew Wade Morgan's campaign refunds $450 in April 2019

The campaign committee of Democratic candidate Matthew Wade Morgan, Committee to Elect Morgan for Michigan, refunded $450 in April, according to data from the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

Candidates can refuse or return contributions for a variety of reasons. Contributions may be refunded, for instance, in the event that the candidate does not want to be affiliated with a contributor, a contribution exceeds legal limits, or the candidate withdraws from a race.

Committee to Elect Morgan for Michigan has refunded $600 total since the beginning of the year.
