Benson: 1.6 million absentee ballots have already been mailed to voters

As Michigan approaches its state primary election next month, Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson's office is reporting that more than 1.6 absentee ballots have been sent out, which is more than double the amount sent out during this same time period for the 2016 elections.
