Rep. Cavitt schedules coffee hours for community engagement

State Rep. Cam Cavitt | Michigan House Republicans

State Representative Cam Cavitt, a Republican from Cheboygan, has announced plans to host local coffee hours in Harrisville, Alpena, and Atlanta. These meetings are set to provide constituents an opportunity to engage with their representative.

The gatherings will occur on the following dates: Friday, March 21 at Teresa’s Diner from 12 to 1 p.m., located at 105 S. State St. in Harrisville; Friday, March 28 at Cabin Creek Coffee from 12 to 1 p.m., situated at 201 N. 2nd Ave. in Alpena; and Monday, March 31 at The White Elk Coffee House from 12 to 1 p.m., found at 12315 State St. in Atlanta.

Representative Cavitt's office stated that no appointments are necessary for these meetings. However, those unable to attend can still communicate their concerns by contacting his Lansing office via phone at (517) 373-0833 or email at [email protected].

Cavitt serves the constituents of the 106th House District which covers Northern Michigan counties including Alcona, Alpena, Montmorency, Presque Isle, and parts of Oscoda and Cheboygan.
