Banned Books Week

"Books unite us. Books encourage boundless exploration and allow readers to spread their wings. Stories give flight to new ideas and perspectives. Stop into the Alpena County Library and follow our social media next week as we highlight the books that were most challenged and banned in 2021 AND the many ways you can join the fight against censorship and become an advocate for intellectual freedom!
