Healing Together is Hospice Advantage's grief support group program. At Hospice Advantage, we are dedicated to providing our families with supportive resources to utilize during
this difficult process. Healing Together is facilitated by a licensed master's prepared individual who uses the "Healthy Grieving Model" to provide educational resources based on
participants' needs, support and community connections.
