The Northern Michigan cross country team has announced its schedule for the 2025 season, featuring competitions in four states over a three-month period.

The season will kick off with the Wildcat Open Scrimmage in Marquette on August 22. The regular season starts on September 6 with the Phoenix Open in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Following this, NMU will compete in the Roy Griak Invite hosted by the University of Minnesota in St. Paul on September 19.

On September 27, the team will travel to Kenosha, Wisconsin, for the Lucian Rosa Invite hosted by Parkside. After a weekend break, they will head to Charlotte, North Carolina, for the Royals Challenge hosted by Queens University of Charlotte.

Northern Michigan will participate in the Husky Invitational at Michigan Tech in Houghton on October 17. The GLIAC Championship is scheduled for October 25 in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

The NCAA Midwest Regional Championship and NCAA Championship are set to occur back in Kenosha, Wisconsin, on November 8 and November 22 respectively.
