The Northern Michigan University (NMU) lacrosse team is preparing for its final two regular-season road games this weekend against Grand Valley State and Davenport. The Wildcats are coming off a mixed weekend in Minnesota, having lost a conference match to Concordia-St. Paul before defeating Concordia-St. Benedict.
NMU, with an overall record of 8-5 and 2-2 in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC), will face the Lakers, who are leading the conference with a 9-3 record and a perfect 4-0 in league play. The game against Grand Valley State is scheduled for Friday, April 11, at 5 PM in Allendale.
