On Tuesday, March 25, former Petoskey High School standout Shane Izzard’s current collegiate team the Lake Superior State Lakers lost 98-85 against the Dallas Baptist Patriots in the NCAA Division II Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Ford Center, this was the first game against the Dallas Baptist Patriots during the championship.

Shane Izzard’s hometown is Petoskey and game position is guard.
