For the second consecutive week, sophomore forward Josie Lakosky has been named GLIAC Offensive Player of the Week. This marks her third recognition this season, as announced by the conference.

Lakosky set a new program record for points in a single game with 10 against Missouri Western on March 7. She then surpassed that record eight days later, scoring 13 points in a 20-9 victory over Lewis.

During the game, Lakosky broke the previous single-game record with 23 minutes remaining and finished with seven goals and six assists. Her performance tied her career-best for goals in a game and set a new program record for assists.

This season, Lakosky has accumulated 29 goals and 13 assists, totaling 42 points across seven games. She reached 100 career points (74 goals, 26 assists) in just 25 games, equaling her assist total from last year in fewer games.
