The Division 2 Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA) has announced the 2024-25 D2CCA Midwest Region Women's Basketball All-Region Teams. Among those honored is Northern Michigan's Jacy Weisbrod, who has secured a place on the Second Team.
Weisbrod, recently named to the All-GLIAC First Team, is recognized for her exceptional performance as a junior. She stands out as one of the leading three-point shooters in the nation, with an average of 2.88 successful shots per game. This achievement places her fifth nationally and first in the Midwest region. Her accuracy is notable, ranking 16th in Division II with a three-point shooting percentage of 40.3%. Additionally, she leads her team, averaging 13.7 points per game.
The selection process for the D2CCA all-region teams involved sports information directors from NCAA Division II Midwest Region schools and conferences. The culmination of this process will be the announcement of All American selections later this month. The NCAA Division II Conference Commissioners Association sponsors these All-Region teams.
