Pietila and Kastamo earn spots on 2024 soccer All-American teams

The United Soccer Coaches have announced their 2024 All-America and Scholar All-America teams, recognizing Brooke Pietila and Hannah Kastamo for their achievements. Pietila earned Third Team All-America and Second Team Scholar All-America honors, while Kastamo was named to the Second Team Scholar All-America.

Pietila concluded her final season with a record-setting performance, receiving multiple accolades such as D2CCA All-America, CSC Academic All-America, United Soccer Coaches First Team All-Region, GLIAC Offensive Player of the Year, and more. She also became the program leader in all-time career assists (30), multi-assist games (5), and career games played (97) and started (95).

Kastamo's season was highlighted by her recognition as D2CCA All-America, United Soccer Coaches First Team All-Region, GLIAC Defender of the Year, among other honors.

United Soccer Coaches is an organization founded in 1941 in Kansas City that aims to inspire coaches and promote passion for soccer across various levels of the game.
