Dual meets involve competitions between two teams where each team enters one wrestler per weight class to compete against an opponent from the other team. Team scoring is central to dual meets, with points awarded based on the nature of each win.

This season, the Wildcats have participated in six duals, achieving a record of 4-2. They have defeated Alma (38-5), Trine (34-10), Tiffin (29-14), and John Carroll (31-16). Their losses came against North Central (39-10) and McKendree (38-6), ranked No. 1 and No. 4 respectively with a combined record of 14-1.

Notably, eight Wildcats have secured multiple victories in duals this season, with Sharon Leon (136), Marisa Roth (143), Noelle Gaffney (155), and Abigale Swanson (170) leading with four wins each.
