Wildcats excel as Grzelak claims bronze in men's slalom

Aaron Grzelak secured a third-place finish in the men's slalom at Lake Placid, New York, earning First-Team All-America honors. His performance led the Wildcats to a second-place team finish with a combined time of 5:00.37, six seconds ahead of the third place.

Grzelak recorded times of 47.84 and 50.29 for a total of 1:38.13, placing him just .28 seconds shy of second place. This achievement earned him both a bronze medal and First-Team All-American recognition.

Brad Seaborg narrowly missed the top five by .28 seconds, finishing sixth with times of 50.02 and 50.28 for a total of 1:40.30, which earned him Second-Team All-American honors.

Andrew Truman also received Second-Team All-American status with his 12th-place finish, clocking in at 51.07 and 50.87 for a total time of 1:41.94.

Connor Abraham finished in 34th place with a time of 1:49.94, while Reed Heathman did not finish his first run.

The competition will conclude tomorrow morning with the women's and men's Dual Slalom events starting at 8:50 AM.
