How many people were old enough to vote in Grand Traverse County during 2021?

Of the 94,562 citizens living in Grand Traverse County in 2021, 79.8% were old enough to vote, equating to 75,486 individuals, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained on Oct. 26.

Further breakdown reveals that of the voting-eligible population, 36,895 were male, constituting 48.9%, and 38,591 were female, making up 51.1%.

The percentage of citizens old enough to vote in Grand Traverse County during 2021 was higher than the state average, which stands at 78.2%.
