Deadline to pay your 2022 summer and/or winter taxes at City Hall is Tuesday, February 28, 2023.
As of March 1, 2023, all outstanding taxes will be sent to Macomb County for collection, where an initial 5% penalty plus 1% interest per month will apply. Taxes are payable at City Hall, online ( www.cityofrichmond.net ), or by mail until Tuesday, February 28, 2023. City Hall is open Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. An after-hours drive up drop box is also available at City Hall in the roundabout.
