Alpena Public Schools (APS) will accept sealed competitive proposals for an evidence-based program that provides support personnel to act as a liaison between the home, school, and community agencies for K-12 students who are determined to be at risk for academic failure for any social, emotional, or academic reason until 2:00 P.M. EST on May 3, 2022, at Alpena Public Schools, 2373 Gordon Rd., Alpena, Michigan 49707 at which time they will be opened and read aloud. Please send sealed bids clearly marked “Programming for At-Risk Students” to the Business Office at the above address. Facsimile bids will not be accepted.
