Pinwheel gardens are popping up all around town - including right in front of Monroe City Hall and the Monroe County Courthouse!
Colorful pinwheel gardens mark the beginning of April as Child Abuse Awareness Month. The Child Advocacy Network brings awareness to this issue with their annual 'Pinwheels for Prevention' campaign.
