Virtual Seed Saving Panel on April 14

Alpena County Library issued the following announcement on Mar 23.

Join Alpena County Library for a Virtual Seed Saving Panel on April 14th from 6:00pm-7:00pm. Attend in-person at the Library or from home via Zoom! At this free program you'll learn about the Library's growing seed library and how you can get involved, then you'll hear from MSU educator Abbey Palmer and expert seed saver Ray Bush.

About the presenters:

Abbey Palmer is a Community Food Systems Educator who works with schools and farms throughout the Upper Peninsula. She works with all ages at MSU Upper Peninsula Research and Extension Center.

Ray Bush is involved with local organizations to further seed saving though demonstrations, workshops and presentations.
