City of Harbor Springs issued the following announcement on Mar 4.
The City is seeking quotes to replace its aging and failing chiller at City Hall. We are looking for a Carrier 30rao011 package outdoor chiller or its equivalent. Specifications include 208/3/60, low sound fans, remote evaporator kit, and vibration isolation.
The contractor will be required to remove and dispose of the existing chiller, perform all water connections and power wiring, charge the refrigeration lines, install a phase converter, pull out a mechanical permit, and any other necessary work related to removing the old chiller and installing the new chiller.
We prefer to have this work completed before June 15, 2022. Work hours will be Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM.
