CADILLAC PLANNING COMMISSION
MONDAY, FEBRUARY 28, 2022 AT 6:00 PM
The Cadillac Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at its regular scheduled meeting of Monday, February 28, 2022, at 6:00 PM in the Council Chambers of the Cadillac Administrative Offices, 200 N. Lake Street, Cadillac, MI 49601. This public Hearing will address the following applications:

725 WRIGHT ST., SALVATION ARMY

The Salvation Army located at 725 Wright Street to operate a recreation center, archery range in a new accessory building to be constructed on the property south of the existing building. The property is zoned R-2 One-family residential. The property is described as LOTS 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, & 12. BLK 109 J CUMMERS & SONS 2 ADD, CITY OF CADILLAC. The tax identification number is 10-058-00-044-00.
REZONING

The TIP Financial Group, LLC, 6769 Falmouth Road, McBain, MI 49657 to have a vacant lot they own rezoned to B-3 General Business. The property is currently zoned RMH Residential Mobile Home. The property is described as S 45 FT OF E 144 FT LOT 8 BLK U G A MITCHELLS PLAT OF NE 1/ 4 SEC 33-22-9, CITY OF CADILLAC. The tax identification number is 10-084-00-047-00.
