BICS Students Sweep Lake G. Fish Tournament Youth Division!
Though Lake Geneserath resembled the Arctic in winter, on Saturday BICS students braved the weather and joined guide Levi Connor for an exciting day on the ice. Lucas took first prize in the panfish division, Jason took first prize in the pike division and second in the panfish division, and Nate took third prize in the panfish division. Between the bluegills, pumpkinseeds, and pike, largemouth bass kept things interesting (all bass were promptly released).
Thanks to the Beaver Island Wildlife Club and the Beaver Island Chamber of Commerce for sponsoring this fun family event!
