Alpena Public Schools issued the following announcement on Jan 21.
Alpena Public Schools is holding two job fairs and will be making offers on the spot to qualified candidates.
The district is hiring for full-time, part-time and substitute positions, including teachers at all grade levels, instructional aides, bus drivers, custodians, maintenance and cafeteria aides.
The job fairs are being held from 3 to 5 p.m. next Thursday and the following Thursday, February 3, in the high school media center. Candidates should enter through the main office off Garden Street, at the back of the building.
