Alcona Community Schools issued the following announcement on Jan 20.
Thanks to funding from the Walters Family Foundation, Waterford.org is bringing its school-readiness program, Waterford Upstart, to 4-year-old children in Alpena, Alcona, Montmorency, and Presque Isle counties starting in January 2022 at no cost to families. For more information see the flyers attached.
