City of Boyne City recently issued the following announcement.
The Planning Commission meets at 5:30 p.m. Monday, January 17, at City Hall, with three New Business items on the agenda. Details are in the link at the end of this post.
7A. Development Plan Review, 211 Water Street. Proposed renovation (illustration provided) of property that is the former location of Up the Lazy River and Country Now and Then. Applicant Kirkby Development is proposing renovations and additions to the existing structures to create two second-story dwelling units.
7B. Review proposed Zoning Ordinance Amendment to Private Roads Standard Section 24.95. The amendment would lessen the pavement width requirements for private roads serving a small number of lots.
7C. Public Engagement Discussion. The Commission will discuss possible new ways to better engage the public to provide input on local land use.
