Online Presentation with Joelle Drader, MD, MA, LLPC
Tuesdays beginning January 4th - May 3rd • 1:00 PM and 7:00 PM
Parenting is like a rollercoaster ride, full of ups and downs, exciting moments and fearful events. There's no way to be perfect at it because each child and parent relationship is unique. This book club is intended to support parents in getting a better understanding of what's going on with their child and learning strategies that can help ease some of the pressures when it comes to common, everyday challenges all parents confront.
This book club can be taken as a series, inclusive of three specially selected texts, or one book at a time. Books must be purchased independently. Links for book purchase will be provided in the registration confirmation email.
Book 1: The Whole Brain Child by Daniel J. Siegel and Tina Payne Bryson

Reading the book is only one part of this experience. The discussion and the opportunities to share with other parents who maybe going through what you're going through can help to support. So you don't feel like it's only you or you're all alone. Discussion will be led by Joelle Drader, MD, MA, LLPC.
