City of Cadillac issued the following announcement on Dec 1.
There will be a special meeting of the Cadillac Brownfield Redevelopment Authority on, Thursday, December 2, 2021 at 9:15 a.m. The meeting will only be held electronically pursuant to the Open Meetings Act.
1. Reason for Electronic Meeting. The Brownfield Authority is holding the meeting by electronic means only (i) because the City is operating under a local state of emergency declared pursuant to law, charter and ordinance.
2. Procedures. The public may participate in the meeting and may make public comment electronically by video or telephone conference using the following information:

The purpose of the special meeting is to approve the minutes from their previous meeting, consideration of a new Brownfield Plan and Interlocal Agreement regarding the Speed’s Project, and to be updated on other Brownfield projects. Other business may be conducted as determined by the Brownfield Redevelopment Authority.
