Alcona Community Schools issued the following announcement on Sept 10.
Staff, students, parents, and community members are invited to our school forest open house on Saturday, September 18 at 9:00am. We will be hosting a ribbon cutting ceremony and community trail walk.
Meet at our school forest entrance off Barlow Road (just north of the Alcona Health Center). Join us in celebrating the grand opening of our school and community forest!
