Note: Replacement of the CSX rail crossing on West Elm will occur this week. This will close Elm Avenue to all traffic at the crossing, but Elm will remain open to all adjacent homes and businesses from their side of the crossing. Traffic will be detoured to Front Street via Roessler Street on the east and Telegraph Road / Custer Drive on the west. CSX is then also planning on the Front Street crossing work being performed next week.
