Census Bureau: More men than women in Brethren in 2019

Of the 429 people living in Brethren in 2019, 49 percent (210) were women and 51 percent (219) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the North Michigan News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 132-to-129. In the 65 and over age range, there were 31 females and 37 males.
