Of the 1,158 people living in Harbor Springs in 2019, 58 percent (672) were women and 42 percent (486) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the North Michigan News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 284-to-229. In the 65 and over age range, there were 317 females and 188 males.
