CITY OF CADILLAC: Notice of Public Hearing - Cadillac Zoning Board of Appeals

City of Cadillac issued the following announcement on Jan. 4

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CADILLAC ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

The Cadillac Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing at its regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday January 21, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. for the receipt of comment on an application filed by Fresh Coast Provisioning, LLC., 800 Cottageview Dr., Ste 1080A, Traverse City, MI 49684. They are asking for a variance to have a projecting sign of a size that is outside the dimension allowed in the Zoning Ordinance for the B-2 Central Business District. The sign is to be on the Elk Avenue side of the building. The public meeting will be electronic because of the capacity restrictions and social distancing requirements set forth in the MDHHS Emergency Order. The public may participate in the meeting and make public comment electronically by video or telephone conference using the following information:

The property is described as; N 1/ 2 EX: W 25 FT OF LOT 4, BLK C MITCHELLS REVISED PLAT OF THE VILLAGE OF CLAM LAKE, CITY OF CADILLAC. The tax identification number is 10-066-00-258-00. The application may be reviewed at the city offices at 200 N. Lake Street between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Questions or written comments regarding the above application should be directed to the Community Development Department, 200 N. Lake Street, Cadillac, MI 49601 (Mike Coy, 231-775-0181 extension 102). Written comments must be received at the Cadillac Administrative Offices no later than 5:00 p.m. of the public hearing date in order to be included in the public hearing record.
