City of Alpena issued the following announcement on Dec. 31
The City of Alpena is continuing to take necessary precautions to minimize the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and with our staff members. As a result, City buildings will remain closed through January 15, 2021. The anticipated reopening date is Monday, January 18, 2021.
