City of Alpena issued the following on Oct. 21
Intersection Closure and Water Shut Off
Beginning Thursday, October 22, 2020, the intersections at Fourth Avenue and Blair Street, and Sixth Avenue and Fair Avenue, will be closed to all traffic due to water valve replacement. Additionally, water will be shut off on Thursday, October 22, 2020, from 8:00 a.m. until approximately 5:00 p.m.
In case of inclement weather, work will take place the following day.
