City of Petoskey issued the following announcement on Aug. 21
Meeting in regular session, Thursday, August 20, 2020, the Planning Commission:
Approved site plans for The Grand Villas, 124 East Mitchell Street, and the Lofts at Lumber Square, 900 Emmet Street;
Postponed action on a Master Site Facilities Plan amendment for campus signage for McLaren Northern Michigan;
Scheduled public hearings for a Special Condition Use request for a medical marijuana provisioning center at 215 West Mitchell Street and a rezoning request for 501 and 523 East Mitchell Street for their September 17, 2020 meeting; and
Accepted the 2021-2026 Capital Improvements Plan as presented with consideration for budgeting for a traffic study at 200 East Lake Street.
