City of Alpena issued the following announcement on Aug. 3
VIRTUAL COUNCIL MEETING
In coordination with Governor Gretchen Whitmer's Executive Order 2020-160, Amended Safe Start Order, the City will move to virtual only Council Meetings for the public/media until this order or subsequent orders lifted.
