Alanson Public School issued the following announcement on April 13
TrueStream, powered by Great Lakes Energy, is offering FREE Wi-Fi access in several locations in Emmet and Charlevoix counties to help enable online learning for students, while maintaining social distancing from the comfort of your vehicle.
TrueStream has worked to establish the Wi-Fi zones and has three currently active, with four more expected to be live by the end of this week and next. Details about the sites and how to log-in are included in the accompanying flyer!
Please note when logging in that these spots do not provide secure Wi-Fi connection and are not password-activated; use caution in sharing any sensitive information while using these free connection sites.
