City of Alpena recently issued the following announcement.
Mon, March 30, 6 pm, or Tues, March 31, noon: World Affairs Council live broadcast: "Central American Immigration and U.S. Foreign Policy" with Sonia Nazario Sonia Nazario, the author of "Enrique's Journey," was scheduled to appear in person March 31 at Herrick District Library in Holland, hosted by Lighthouse Immigrant Advocates.
