City of Harbor Springs issued the following announcement on Sept. 13
The City of Harbor Springs Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 19, 2019, at 5:30 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 160 Zoll Street, Harbor Springs.
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider approval of a proposed Special Land Use for property located at 609 State Street. The owner is seeking approval to operate as a Rooming House within the R1-C zoning district.
The Planning Commission will review the proposed use pursuant to the Special Land Use requirements found in Article 3, section 50.602(1) of the City’s Zoning Code and pursuant to requirements within the R-1-C Zoning District, which permits a rooming house in residential districts.
